This review is long overdue. I scheduled the original inspection with John soon after I contacted him for a quote. He was very prompt in returning my emails and patient with answering my questions. On the day of the inspection his team was professional and friendly. They asked questions and took down plenty of notes to make sure they had accurate information. Even with the turn around time for the reports being fairly quick, the reports themselves were very detailed and included layouts and pictures. More recently I reached out to him again for his guidance and expertise to help defend his valuation - and again John rose to the occasion and helped resolve a major issue. I couldn't imagine working with a different team. John and his team are a top notch group - professional, timely, thorough and very knowledgeable.
